"Not your run-of-the-mill hotel. Older property steeped in history with warm, interesting architecture with a lot of heart. Excellent staff -- especially Falcon at the front desk and Raul at the pool bar. I had a little trouble keeping the room temperature constant, but I'll attribute that to user error. Overall a truly enjoyable experience that I hope to repeat soon."

Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless and enjoyable.
