"Good"

"It would have been a great stay if the convention wasn't going on. We were there for Disney. It was SO PACKED you couldn't even walk through the lobby. Uber/Lyft couldn't get in because the traffic was so crazy so they would constantly drop us for a ride. We couldn't walk out of the hotel and to the left unless you had a conventions badge (which made our walk longer). They have conventions all the time, but this is a worldwide convention, so it was insane. Don't stay here if you are not part of a major convention and it's going on. You are unable to get a Starbucks, a ride, or even walk in the lobby. They should just block this hotel of during a convention of this magnitude. The actual room was great just the accommodations. Or maybe a warning prior to the trip on thier website. "

"Overall this was not a great stay. The staff was incredibly rude. It was basically the only hotel available but was still overpriced. Avoid. "

"The hotel is great for families. When I go to Disney this is my go to hotel. Staff is friendly, the hotel is super clean and they offer complementary breakfast. "

"Close to a lot of restaurants and to the Toy Story parking lot where guests can take the Toy Story shuttle to the park. Quite a bit away from the entrance of the park so @ the end of the day, it's a struggle to get back to the hotel. So take the shuttle. We were told that the ART stops right in front of the hotel. And costs about $6.50 per day. But we took the free Toy Story shuttle instead"

"We enjoyed the pool as we always do. Not so busy this time, but for good reason they needed to close it on our second day, sad but hey glad they're making efforts to keep it clean."

"The place was good. Great location right near the main gate of Disneyland. The kitchen was a great bonus and laundry was available but very expensive"
