The location could not have been better, right in the heart of Madrid and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. At check-in, the staff recommended the hotel’s restaurant, Café Varela, and we’re so glad they did. My husband and I dined there during the last two days of our stay, and it was the best food and service we experienced during our trip. Every dish was delicious, and the service was just as outstanding as the hotel itself. I truly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible the service was. I loved everything about our stay and would give this hotel more than five stars.
