St Paul's Hotel
The hotel room was much smaller than photos looked. It was also more aged than the photos put off. Overall it was a good stay, the carpets need replacing

Strand Palace Hotel
Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
A lovely hotel, with fantastic views of either the Tower Bridge or the docks. However, staff at the contact centre and hotel were unhelpful and at times rude.
