A very pleasant stay, only thing was the cleanliness we found lots of black hair on the toilet floor when we got there. Other than that nice little room to stay in. Breakfast was ok, prefer if you did a cooked option for those wanting eggs, sausages etc or even put a menu out and maybe charge a little more for this option if people wanted it so that there is a variety offered. I would however stay here again. It was very close to all that we wanted to see and do. We came for Wedding Anniversary to watch wicked in theatre and go see all the main sites in London. Wasn't disappointed with our stay at all.

Small twin room, beds comfortable and linen clean / fresh. However, carpet showing its age and the room had three steps up from entrance / en-suite to room. Missing floorboard / hole hidden under the carpet, just by the bottom step was an unpleasant find. Luckily didn't roll my ankle too badly. Hotel has key doors and they ask you to leave the key at reception on exit... not great! Overall, a old fashioned hotel that's having a bit of a spruce up, but is still attached to the old ways. If you don't expect much and just want a clean place to stay, is fine as a base to explore / BnB. If you want a fancy hotel, this isn't it.

I liked this hotel because of the convenient location, kind staffs and flexibility. The thing I was especially impressed is how lovely people work at the hotel. They’re friendly and have a full of hospitality . I hope to stay there again on the future holiday in London.
