Loved this old time gem of a place. From the moment u step into the hotel u are transported back in time of elegance & beauty. Breakfast was amazing & plentiful & seeing staff in suits with bow ties adds to the ambiance. Would highly recommend this hotel & definitely will be back.

Excellent hotel, location perfect, cakes and drinks on tap in the lobby, everything complimentary in the room. Just a grand place to stay.

From the moment I arrived the service was incredible! I felt so welcomed, comfortable and cared for. The staff are amazingggg, the rooms are gorgeous, so spacious, clean and top notch amenities. Have already recommended to friends :)

We stayed for four nights and loved it! The hotel itself is beautiful with big rooms and a small indoor pool and gym facilities. It’s in a really great location on the main avenue in Lisbon - we walked everywhere! Free tea and coffee is a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Despite the weather in Lisbon being awful during our time there, we had a beautiful stay at the Wine Experience Hotel. It has been one of the highlights of our time in Europe.

Quality 4 star hotel centrally located in the hear of Baxia, Lisbon. Walking distance and access to easy public transport for all sights and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again and would recommend in an instant.

We stayed here as it was easy to walk to our cruise ship. It was ideal as the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for walking to see the sights.

Exceptional hotel. As indicated, we knew the rooms we little but the set up, clean / new bathrooms, extra detail - coffee in reception, free mini bar items, shutters on windows made it a great stay. Best of all, however, were the staff. Couldn't do enough for us. We will recommend this to our friends.

The hotel is in old town and very well suited to walking, shopping and restaurants. The staff are excellent and the feel is easy. Highly recommended

The position of this hotel is great, staff are so helpful, greeted us cheerfully and assisted us with getting to any location we needed to be.

The hotel is located in a very convenient ( and flat ) part of Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

The property is nice and clean. All staff are nice. We arrived early, we could get an early check in. Breakfast was nice. near the shopping area, metro.

a wonderful welcome from fabulous staff. a boutique hotel right in the Barro Alto area which could not be better. close to everything you need to see and do. Stunning views from the rooftop bar, rooms VERY comfortable and boutique 'quirky' style which is fun. double glazed for quiet and a Nespresso machine! yay!
