"We were surprised this is considered a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a renovation. The property appeared old and run down, the main elevators weren't working or were very slow. You could not drink the water unless you are an elite member. The duvet was in between 2 thin sheets and not between an actual duvet cover. The room was clean however, which is the most important thing to me. The staff was also kind. It is also very busy with events (weddings, dance competition, etc.)"

"It smells so bad. There is a hotpot connected it smells like a restaurant even in the rooms. They try to mask the smell with chemicals. If you have allergies or dont like the smell of lysol miked with food and choose another."

"Please be prepared for street parking. I could’ve easily rated this hotel with all 5 stars but the parking situation is horrible. If you aren’t driving then this is definitely a great place to stay"
