"Very close to the bus station so this the outside was very dirty sadly been in camping for homeless folks but there were guards at the doors to get up to the lobby of the hotel"
"Close to Times Square, Thearter district, public transport. Room is clean but small. Service is excellent. Really friendly and helpful staff. I liked communication with the hotel staff via text. "
"Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room service was very good and very quick. Overall our trip to the city was enhanced by staying here!"
"The staff at reception were very welcoming and were able to answer quick questions to help with our stay in NY.
The breakfast options were top notch and delicious(Eggs, cereals, bacon, fruits, sausages, yogurt, waffles, raspberries etc.). Everything was laid out really nicely. I was especially q fam of the drink options from the coffee to swiss miss and the juices. Apple and Orange.
The room was nice and cozy. I personally prefer carpeted floors for a hotel experience and it was nice and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The mini fridge in the room came in handy to store leftover food. There is also a microwave in the breakfast area that we used to warm up late night snacks.
The only minor issue was that after taking a shower there was a slight build up of water outside of the glass. It seems the seal may not be fully doing its job. It wasnt alot but definitely noticeable.
On checkout while waiting for our lyft driver we were given breakfast bags as we had an early checkout. That was a really nice touch. Kudos.
All in all. My experience was excellent and I'd love to stay again."
"This is an old hotel but it was well maintained. Staff was very friendly. We are at the hotel the first night, at the diner. Food was yummy and prices were expected for NYC."
