The Chatwal made our fantasy weekend in NYC even more fantastical. Perfect location. Lovely lobby and bar. Gorgeous room with motorized drapes, a Full Service Toilet(!) and a big shower. If you can splurge, this is the hotel to book.

This is my second stay at this property and I will continue to return due to the top-notch service and super convenient location. Everyone from doormen to front desk are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of everything being in Times Square, but you wouldn’t know it from inside the hotel where it’s safe, quiet and calm.

Wonderful place to stay in NYC!

Great location (walked almost everywhere we went) and friendly staff! Room service included the best cheeseburger I have ever tasted anywhere! Very comfortable bed and bedding and a wonderful waterfall shower.
