"Great location. Lovely exterior close to everything. Inside starting to look tired with things starting to fall apart. We couldn’t find a chopping board or any cutting knives and only one steak knife so made it difficult to prepare food. "

"I wasn’t confident about self checking into building and room the key pad at the entry wasn’t operating properly and I had to call the emergency number which they then reset remotely. The room was clean and good bed. There was no waste bin in the room and no lamps so either the main light was on or you were in the dark. "
"The only pro was it had a vending machine! cockroaches everywhere, the bed, the fridge the bathroom, walked into our room and there was sick on the wall, graffiti, hole in the bathroom door stains on all the bedding and the floor, we couldn't wait to leave. Seems this company have a lot of hotels that are run remotely and not checked upon. "

We were worried about being cold in the middle of winter but were kept comfortably warm with the a/c in bedrooms and electric blankets etc. This is a lovely place every travellers need has been provided for and we would love stay at again when visiting Newcastle. "
