"The home is undergoing extensive renovations - there were issues:non-working windows, no privacy shades in some rooms, a horrible non-working, filthy grill - that was replaced, lack of property grooming - weeds, constructions debris. Limited supply of towels. Front seating area Adirondack chairs that were dilapidated, unclean. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned off prior to our stay. There were delivery boxes everywhere - including front steps, in front of garage door.The host was receptive to our issues - especially replacing the grill with a new one, however, the reservation was made more than one year in advance - surely enough time to be properly prepared for our party of 12!The area is amazing - absolutely gorgeous views."

"There were supposed to be 3 ice machines in the building. One was missing entirely and the other two were not working. The desk clerk offered me an ice cube tray "so I could have some ice tomorrow" (no freezer in the room, and we were only staying one night). bathroom sink was also stopped up."
