"This is a very nice property. The location in relation to town is good, the location in regards to the ski resort is excellent. Our only difficulty was in checking in. The app said our access codes would be listed when the unit was “clean and ready”. At the 4PM check in time there were no codes. I called and was told they would send the codes. By 4:15 I was forced to call again, on that call I asked verbally for the access code. By 4:25PM after we had gained entrance to the unit I finally received a text message with an access code which was of course pointless by then. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay."

"This REALLY big house was especially nice for our large family. We have 5 children and four of them are married (and 4 grandchildren). Having their own rooms and bathrooms was so nice. Also, we didn't eat out much and made our own meals so having a large kitchen with three sinks and 2 dishwashers was amazing! There were some struggles with Wi-Fi but those got sorted out (thanks for taking care of that). Also, I wish the entire house was air conditioned, but it is not. There were parts of the house that had AC so there was some relief in parts of the house during the hot afternoons. One thing I would recommend, is checking all the windows and the openers on the windows. It looks like over the years some of these have been broken. Overall, our stay was FANTASTIC AND SO FUN and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thanks for taking such good care of us. To all future vacationers, take the "active bear" warnings seriously!! DO NOT leave food outside or food in your cars and lock your doors. We saw bears almost every day and one even sat on our patio while our daughter in law was making homemade Runza's (a Nebraska thing). :) It was sniffing around and drooling - don't worry, we didn't give it one. :) Thanks again for everything!"

"Well.... there was supposed to be snow on the ground for our trip but good ol Colorado had different plans for us. Although I cannot attest on the ski in/out part of this place, I can however tell you how amazing this place is. This place is huge. We are a family of five that booked a smaller place and the owners canceled us last minute for no reason. This place was very roomy and would've even been perfect for 2 small families. The basement had 2 big rooms, the main had plenty of room for entertaining (dining room, great kitchen with everything you need and a family room with plenty of seating), and the top floor was unique. It had one bedroom at the top of the floor and then you go up a few more steps for 2 more rooms. Everyone had their own bathroom which was great. The hot tub, pool, pickleball courts, sauna, and workout area is a quick 30 second walk!We will def be staying here again. Perhaps when there's plenty of snow "
