"When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 51 degrees. All 4 thermostats were shut off. With that temperature the condo was inhabitable.We dropped off our luggage, turned on the heat and left for 1 1/2 hours. Prior to arriving we were advised that an early check-in would involve an additional fee. However with the room temp as it was there was certainly no previous guest there for days. Maybe the manager/owner could have seen to it that the heat had been on or let us check-in earlier for...

"I was very pleased with this unit. It had everything i needed. I will certainly stay here again on future trips. The management was very quick and helpful in response to questions. This unit even had AC--not too many have that and it was very comfortable.Can't go wrong staying here while enjoying Steamboat!"
