"The room was spotless! Maria, the front desk concierge was friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was steamy. The water pressure in the shower was great and there was always hot water. The breakfast was good (cereal, pancakes, eggs, hash browns and sausage, tea + coffee). The only negative was there was no water available to purchase in the gift shop during my entire 9 night stay. *They changed the wifi password halfway through my stay. Two thumbs up! Thank you MainStay! "

"This is a good hotel in a good area with everything working in its favor except for one thing: the carpet in the room was so filthy that the bottom of our feet and socks were black, BLACK, from just a few minutes of walking on it. And we have a child who like rolling around on the carpet. Yuck!!!"
