We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Knott's Hotel. We arrived early morning and were able to leave our bags while we visited Disneyland for the day. We were able to take the mid-morning shuttle at no charge. Cristina on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Once we arrived back in the afternoon and was able to check in she followed up with us to ensure our luggage had been delivered to our room. She was vey caring to ensure we had everything we needed. The self service laundry was very handy. We were able to buy detergent from the onsite convenience store. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view from oceanfront room, as pictured, sparkling clean room, helpful staff. Accessible to north Laguna from trolley and a mile walk otherwise. My only complaint was the lack of transparency for requested early check in. I would prefer a ‘no’ rather than we will see and call you.. I checked every 30 min for status. If i knew it would never happen then I would have made other plans during that time. Expectations matter.

I love this place. I stay everytime I go to time nightclub and it’s super reasonable, close and clean

Older property, but clean, easy access to freeway and In n Out burgers. 20 min to Beach.

One major problem; all rooms are sprayed with a “perfumy” disinfectant which was way too strong in our room and almost unbearable. We opened the window, turned on the bathroom fan, went to dinner and the smell was still pungent. We wore masks to bed and it didn’t help much. They didn’t offer to switch rooms as staff said all rooms smelled that way. Otherwise, the room was quiet, clean and bug free. No complimentary water, except for the water dispenser on the second floor;(BYOB). Breakfast was very good.
