"We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

"A roomy unit for a family of five to stay. It is just a couple of bus stops away from Kyoto Station. It is 5-minutes walking distance to the Kyoto Aquarium and the Kyoto Railway Museum. There is an onsite washing/drying machine that you can do your own laundry. The place is quiet and clean. The staffs at the reception counter (near the Kyoto Station) is very friendly and helpful. "

"Quiet and spacious"

"The actual room is a beautiful and bespoke Japanese design. Lots of room for luggage storage and moving around in the galley style kitchen. It's on a very busy street so you can hear lots of night time traffic but the hotel provides plenty of earplugs. It's right across the street from Toji temple (where we were going) but is a bit of a walk (about 15 min) to Kyoto Station."

"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."
