We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everything made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

I loved this hotel! The staff were so nice & friendly. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of a nearby shrine. Across the street from a subway station & on a bus route. Restaurants & grocery store close by. Breakfast was good & they had snacks for guests in the afternoon.

Loved our stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and everything tasted really good. The hotel rooms were super clean and tidy. They provided us with fresh towels everyday and hung it on our door (we put up the do not disturb sign most days). We had the two double beds room and it was spacious. Washrooms/bathroom - very good size, very clean! Their “library/cafe area” was very nice to hang out in. They provided warabimochi for guests during our stay between 14:00-17:00, refreshments also available. There are 3 laundry machines and 3 dryers, not too many but enough. It is super close to Toji station, a Lawson, Aeon mall and even Kyoto Station is 15 min. walk away. Staff were super nice, knowledgeable and spoke English very well. Ask for a list of restaurants in the area, they have a recommendation list at the ready! :)
