"This is a perfect little airport hotel For those transiting through Honolulu. The hotel itself is 2 1/2 stars perhaps but the service is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful and of course it is extremely convenient especially given their 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. One quick call on arrival and they are there to pick you up within minutes. The Wi-Fi in the room is a little slow, but most people won’t be staying there so it’s not a big deal. I’ve stayed there several times now and it’s always been excellent."

"We traveled with two tweens and the suite we stayed in was a great size. The pull out couch was comfortable and didn’t have wire springs like most. Our room never got below 73 degrees even being set lower though which was rough with the humidity and heat. The elevators were slow for our tower with only two for 20 floors. The laundry room was clean and took both cash and card with soap and dryer sheets for sale (we bought soap at the ABC store right by the hotel for less money). We used it twice during our stay and it was busy each time (6 washers and 6 dryers) but it’s open 24 hrs. Breakfast was a typical Embassy Suites experience - the building was just hot because there was no circulation. Plenty of seating indoors (again, hot and humid but normal in Hawaii) and outdoor seating. Location is great and easy to get everywhere. Walking to the beach was an easy 5 minutes but the hotel didn’t have any beach toys to borrow like the hotel we stayed at last time. There was a rental store in the hotel but it wasn’t open a couple of the times we passed by."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very friendly, and the property was clean and conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, and especially the Island Country Market, which was so convenient. The parking rate was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The onsite parking lot is small, but they do offer additional offsite parking nearby within the same block. They also have onsite laundry facilities, which were clean and convenient to use. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The property is a little dated and it’s not a fancy resort, but if you’re coming to Hawaii to explore and experience the island rather than spend your entire vacation at a resort, this is a great place to stay. We had a great experience and would definitely book here again."
