"Fabulous home that suited our family’s needs from aged 3-88. Kitchen was expertly equipped, and we ended up cooking in every night! We used all of the sport courts, and well as the SUPs and bikes. Best of all- the outdoor spaces with pool, patios and a spectacular water front setting. "

"This place was great! Although there were only two of us for our stay this time it will be great to come back with a bigger group. Plenty of space/beds and for 6 people. The loft upstairs was very nice with its twin beds, desser and bathroom. The downstairs has enough room for lounging around in the evenings after a fun day at the beach which is only 10 minutes away. Kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you might need to make a home cooked meal. Even though it doesn't have AC, the fans and layout make it so its very easy to stay cool. They have lots of beach equipment for use which is so nice! The pool and BBQ areas is really close and easily accessed. Quiet and relaxing place.Only con was the parking places could fill up so "

"We loved our stay at Sunset House. There were four of us staying there and, upon arrival, one of our friends said, “this is the nicest rental house I’ve ever stayed in.” We loved having drinks outside and watching the sunset, of course, and the feral kitty, who we affectionately nicknamed Bugsy, was the best. We had an amazing time and I can’t recommend it enough!!! We hope to be back. "

"BBQ at the pool area and in condo was great.We had some 8 people for dinner and was enjoyed by all. Quite time at pool is different then townhouse. Rules are strictly enforced. "

"Everything felt new and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Several ways to make coffee. Also had teapot and electric kettle for us tea drinkers. Private. Quiet neighborhood. 15 min from best beaches in the state. Towels and linens excellent. Bed very comfortable. Airy. With ceiling fans did not need ACCheck in was easy but vague. Instructions said “it’s all in the ohana”. We were not sure where to park when we first got there, and did not find out until next morning when we saw Kimi. Also not sure how to lock the property until we saw Kimi. Binder of instructions could have included a map to find the poolThe listing said there was a printer and office supplies. Did not need them but I did not see them Binder could have also told us where to find the beach chairsBut we loved the place. Perfect for two people. Outdoor space in the back had sunset view. Front lanai was lovely. Very good value for the price in that location I would absolutely stay there again. I put in ‘negatives’ about the check in because clearer instructions would help. But the property itself—wonderful"

"There is a water leak - under the sink. I didn’t locate the exact location but the base of the cabinet is water damaged. Puddles of water would occasionally develop on the mat at the base of the sink. The damage to the cabinet is irreversible. Beginning to smell of mold. I did not use the washer as I was told beforehand that there was a water leak there. "
