"I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. "
"Although no stay here long time but enjoy enthusiastic style of service staff, enthusiasm, thoughtful. Clean rooms, reasonable prices. very great trip."
"The staff is very kind and very helpful, we really enjoyed our experience.
This was probably the best hotel experience I have had during my many solo travels in Asia. The staff, facilities, and amenities were top-notch. "

" Everything was just superb. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. My wife felt at home interacting with Anna, ĐA, Tom etc. They were truly helpful and informative. They even managed to prepare some real vegetarian food for me which is not a small thing in Vietnam. My wife and I truly recommend this place and would stay there only, if we ever visit Hanoi again.

"We used this hotel as our 'base' as we visited other areas of northern Vietnam, they checked us in so we didnt have to go through it all again everytime we came back, they remembered us and always was friendly. They asked where we were off next and if it was bright and early in the morning, they would have a snall breakfast to takeaway for us! The room was clean and big enough to room around."
"Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars."
"Amazing location, just a few steps to Hoan Kiem lake. Everything is just around, very close to the hotel: night market, convenient stores, banks, souvenir shops, restaurants. The hotel is located in the busy street but quiet enough at night for a good sleep. We liked it a lot!
We both had a room with balcony, absolutely beautiful and perfect, compared with other hotels in the Old Quarter. The room was so clean and tidy, beautiful decor. They made up the room every day. The laundry service is so cheap.
There is a lift in the hotel as well!
All staffs were very friendly and helpful, we quite trusted them. Especially big thanks to Ms Jennie, she did a very great job. She and her team made us feel the hotel just like our home. We could leave our luggage at the hotel during the days when we went away, that was absolutely excellent.
We have stayed at many hotels in Hanoi (mainly in this area) and Royal Palace is the best.

"The staff was very helpful. They even arranged breakfast for us to take with us when we took an early bus to our next destination, without us asking! The room was good and comfortable; the location was nice too. Even though it was right in the middle of old Hanoi, on the 7th floor you could barely hear the noise."
"Since the moment we booked our room, Ms. Camelia “Lần Phương” has been so helpful from our arrival to Hanoi with airport pick up to booking our tours and checking up with us during them. We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and so attentive. My family and I have traveled through many hotels in Vietnam through the years but this is the first hotel that we absolutely fell in love with and we will definitely be back to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi.
