The staff were so kind and helpful! The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Breakfast had many options to fit everyone's needs but the pho stood out as a must have. The hot water heater had a small tank, but it wasn't a big deal. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Ha Noi

Highly commendable of the customer service by Ms Gigi. Speaks good English and efficient in check-in process when we checked in at 10pm (we had 6 rooms). She even help us to make reservation for our late dinner with a nearby restaurant. Hotel located at a very convenient location in old quarter with short walking distance to night market and Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms are spacious and clean with good variety of breakfast spread.

By far my best hotel experience on a holiday taking in Thailand and Vietnam. The staff were all excellent, friendly and impressively efficient. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s location in the Old Quarter is perfect too.
