By far my best hotel experience on a holiday taking in Thailand and Vietnam. The staff were all excellent, friendly and impressively efficient. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s location in the Old Quarter is perfect too.

Fabulous hotel on the edge of the old quarter. Easily walkable. Room was quite small but perfect for me as a solo traveller. Breakfast was really good with lots of delicious options. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended

I loved this hotel. It was so cute and clean. All the necessities that are needed. The bed was amazing. They have a morning breakfast that was very good. Over the top. Anything you could want. The people that work there are very friendly. Makes you feel like family. Location is great. I didn't want to stay in the Old Quarter. But wanted to be close. Straight down the street about 5 or 6 blocks you get to the old Quarter. Then a little farther and you are at Hoan Kiem Lake. Everything is about a 15 or 20 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Btw, I am always the person that reads the bad reviews first and then the best and never believes the 5 star reviews. It is exactly what I was hoping all of my hotels this month will be like. So far the only one out of the first 4.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Excellent location, but quiet surroundings. Room perfect, bed very comfortable. Much appreciated upon arriving very early having my bags stored and then a text from Gigi on the front desk that my room was now ready ahead of schedule. Would recommend to all.

Wonderful stay, in a perfect location as well and although the road was busy you couldn’t hear a sound from the roads. The buffet breakfast had tons of options and was very tasty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

Lestar hotel was a lovely boutique hotel, the staff are all welcoming with kind smiles and were helpful with providing information about tours and transportation to and from the airport. The room was cute and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was included and the breakfast staff were very nice, they kindly made lunchbox for us for our day trip. It was also well priced :) thank you for our stay!
