I loved this property for it's location and space. The fact that you could do your washing at no extra cost. You can stay in your room all day if sick and n ot be disturbed by housekeeping. There is a place that does great coffee just across the street on the corner so easy to nip out and back again

The Strand Palace Hotel was very welcoming and centrally located in London to get around to all of the sightseeing areas.

Absolutely loved this hotel - we upgraded to a slightly bigger room with extra large beds. The room had a small kitchenette which was really handy and a complimentary mini bar with juice, soft drinks and water. Lovely comfortable beds, modern, very friendly staff. Would definitely book again and recommend.

The rooms are in a great location only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross station in a quiet residential area. The room is compact, but well furnished and very comfortable.
The staff are terrific - very prompt and considerate. There are a number of really nice small touches that make a big impact - breakfast trolley, drinks in the fridge, extra pillows. Mathis was a grea place to stay

Great location close to Kings Cross station annd underground and next to a bus stop that takes you directly to Oxford Street shops. Lots of dining options close by, and walkable to the coal drop yards for entertainment and shopping next to the canal. Rooms are small but quiet, great for one person! Room was clean, but you have to request cleaning each morning or ask for clean towels at reception - I preferred this as you weren’t disturbed if you needed to sleep in or suffering from jet lag!...

This was a one night stop over to access the Eurostar out of St Pancras.
We asked for a room with minimal steps as we had some mobility issues and were so impressed that they gave us one a few steps from reception.
The room was spacious, newly and very beautifully fitted out that exceeded all our expectations. It is a 5 minute walk from the Eurostar.
