Comfortable enough for an overnight stay but a bit disappointing. A room for 3 people only had 1 bowl and 1 glass. Pool looked green so didn't swim.

This hotel should be about $120/night. It's old, not maintained well, the restaurant is closed and the T.V didn't work. It's a backer hostel standard but it cost me much more than a hostel

On arrival, we were assigned to two rooms. Neither room had been cleaned and beds were unmade. In one unit the light inside the bed didn’t work. However, our onsite dining experience redeemed the stay. The food was certainly above average. When we did retire for the night the beds were very comfortable, the air con was comfortable, the complex was quiet. Overall, we would stay again

I was disappointed in some issues. The curtains were in need of repair updating as they did not cover the windows. Having to wash the cups/etc or get a fine was not a good look - the place needs an urgent update.

Years ago this property was the bees knees, however, it is dirty, smelly, and outdated with poor customer service. Twice before getting to motel each phone call management hung up half way through phone calls, that was a sign of things to come. Room 5 smelt like sewerage and when we were able to get another room the windows were dirty and locked shut, as was the mirror dirty. The shower screen was unsafe and you need to be 5’6” or less to enjoy your shower, and it also had missing cutlery and plates. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had cigarette burns, as I said room 9 windows could not be opened, may have been glued shut or it was the build up of dirt that locked the windows shut. Positives, aircon worked, tv with Toowoomba stations worked and bed had a pillow top, and it is pet friendly.

Our room was not cleaned properly. There were leaves and other rubbish on the floor. It was quite obvious that the room had not been vacuumed or mopped. The bed looked as if the sheet had not been changed. It looked like the last people to use that room had just pulled up the bed and that is why I think the sheets had not been changed. If ever we came to Kingaroy we would definitely not stay there again because it was overcharged for what we got.

Our room had not been cleaned and there was a used tissue on the floor which obviously had not been vacuumed and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. The coffee and tea had not been replenished and there was no soap to wash with. Also there was no place to hang our clothes. The only good thing was the bed was comfy. Not at all happy with our stay unfortunately.

The property is not disability friendly. Yes, able to access with wheelchair, but there were tripping hazards in room - no rails- water was all over floor in bathroom when one has a shower.

Great stay! Slight mix up with the number of beds in the room but the reception lady was very accommodating and sorted it out quickly for us. Room clean, tidy and functional.
