"Very clean modern spacious cabin with a lake view on one side verandah.(146) Very quiet as my cabin was in the middle of some permanent cabins. The down side was on the other side your view was of an old car and rubbish bin. A tree planted here would fix this. A bit further out of town than I thought but shuttle buses were happy to pick up and drop off. It was great just sitting on deck or by lake relaxing I ended up staying an extra night but still didnt want to leave."

"Comfort. Elegance. Luxury. These three words best describe this highly curated King Valley property. Staying here for two nights of relaxation and rejuvenation after four weeks of road travel around Tasmania and Victoria is worth every dollar, and is a perfect self-care indulgence. I will be saving again in the next five years for another pampering stay here when I turn 70. It is a great goal to stay alive!"

"We were unexpectedly upgraded to a family apartment. It is an older motel but the room had been renovated where necessary, including the bathroom. The kitchen was functional, not flash, with all necessary utensils, and there is also a laundry. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and warm. It would be a good place to use as a base to explore the surrounds."

"Beautiful property, clean, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was almost bigger than the actual bedroom but overall positive experience. Staff were great and the pub/restaurant downstairs was lovely. Great getaway spot. Can't wait to head back and stay again."
