"We thoroughly loved our stay at Sturdy's Castle. From the moment we arrived we were treated royally! One of the great services we received was that a member of the staff helped us with our laundry. We'd been traveling for many days and needed to do some laundry. When I asked if there was a laundry for guests to use, I was informed no. However, she said that she would be willing to help us and she did! When I tried to pay her, she would not accept. Such service is rare and exceptional. Thank you so very much for a perfect stay at Sturdy's Castle. We'll be back!"

"Georgie at the front desk was very professional and did an excellent job. The room we stayed in was newly remodeled and perfect. I liked having a restaurant on site. The staff working in the restaurant at breakfast did an excellent job. "

"This is a nice hotel. They serve a great breakfast including options for gluten free and vegan. The bed was comfortable yet I thought the pillow was hard, but the staff found me a more comfortable pillow instead. They are very helpful. It is a short walk to the Oxford bus system and that made it very easy to get into the city center. I would easily stay here again!"
