Great location for the flight home

i love the convenience of this hotel, i don't have to stress of getting up too early to catch my flight. also, the onsen facilities are wonderful. maybe the masseuse could be better... maybe a professional masseuse perhaps? otherwise very good facilities.

Great hotel, great service . Things in the rooms look tidy and clean

I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo. Everything was 5 star. The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning Staff service amazing particularly the concierge Very well priced. Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance Will always go back there

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in one of the moderate queen rooms. It was sweet and everything we needed. Also the location near the Kokuritsu-kogijo station was perfect for us. Really near Shinjuku so just awesome, we totally could have stayed longer. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our bags after we checked out. Would totally go back.

We stayed for just one night, to be close to our the terminal for an early flight so did not have breakfast. Accomodation was very clean and modern. Staff were friendly, although when we checked in there was an influx of guests and this created a bit of stress among staff during check in, but luckily the hotel offers check in on a self-service device which helped make the process more straightforward. Would stay again!

Quieter part of Tokyo so easier to navigate. Easy access to stations and local shops

My husband and I have just completed 9 days at Tokyu Stay and absolutely loved it. The hotel was small , exceptionally clean and the staff were very gracious and professional. My husband left his iPhone in the taxi on arrival at the hotel and Julie ( and some of her colleagues) worked extremely hard to track it down and did so successfully, for which we were very grateful. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Both times as a family of 5 staying in 1 room. We didn’t spend much time in the room or hotel other than to sleep but it was spacious and well appointed. The hotel is very close to 4 stations and only a short walk to Tokyo Dome and with plenty of eating places close by.

Comfortable hotel with very nice staff, single beds are bigger than I had imagined, great location very close to a train station with plenty of shopping and dining options.

Slightly out of the bright lights Tokyo, lovely and quiet with a train station close by. The hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped inside, and the breakfast’s were incredible. Can’t rate this place enough and was easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in ever.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the Anamori-Inari train station. Good sized room, comfortable and clean, great dining options nearby. We would have liked to stay here a second night after our flights were disrupted by the airline but the hotel was fully booked which speaks to its popularity. The only disappointment was that the staff didn't offer to assist us with sourcing alternate accommodation for our extra night.

Such an exciting precinct with food and entertainment options all around. Hotel was comfortable and surrounding precinct was amazing with many food and entertainment options. Great for families but as a couple we enjoyed the hotel too. Rooftop bar has views of My Fuji on a clear day.

Convenient location near train station. Large clean room with nice view.

Location was very convenient, serviced by a number of train stations on different lines all within walkable distance. There were some beautiful blossoms outside too, which made for some nice photo moments. The hotel itself was decent, service was good, cleanliness was fine, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We are blown away by the excellent service and the kindness of everyone. Definitely recommended and will come back soon.

If staying in Shinjuku area this modern-style hotel is a great choice. It is close enough to the action but is a refuge from the amazing buzz of the Tokyo streets. The hospitality we received from Terada and his team was helpful and very welcoming.
