"Rooms were very clean. Staff will help you no matter what time of day it is - they helped with early check in when needed (there is a fee depending on how many hours early) - washing machine and dryer room handy (best to go early morning or late at night) overall good place to stay as close to train station (2min walk) that gets you into central tokyo & family mart underneath is 24/7"

"Spacious room with a comfy bed. Had the essential amenities. Superb view of the city during the day and night from the room. There is a family mart at the lobby of the hotel and the hotel directly to Sunshine City mall! Not too far of a walk to the train station and main shopping road."

"Room space is a bit tight with one side of king size bed against a wall so awkward for partner to have a toilet break overnight without disturbing person on open side of the bed. Onsen facilities are very good and the buffet dinner and breakfast is good value for money, with reasonable selection of different meal courses."

"It was great the room is just small and you will have to place your bags under. The restroom is also small and you will have to take turns. But it was comfortable and clean."
