"Rooms were super clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly, professional, and courteous. We didn't have extra bedding for the small bed in the living room area, but the even staff was able to set it up super quick. This was my second stay in Akihabara, and while it wasn't as close to the station as my first visit (literally right next to the station), it was only a few minute walk. The in-room washer/dryer was a blessing! I will definitely stay here again."

"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! Very value for money!"

"This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would definitely stay here again."
