We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s close to 2 stations which helped us get into the city. Has great breakfast and even our kid enjoyed it. They also have the limousine bus service to the airport which helped us on our last day. Overall it was a great experience.

I was very pleased at the location of this property. Having two major train stations near by made the commute to Disneyland and other major areas (Shibuya,Shinjuku, etc) so easy to navigate. I enjoyed that this hotel was in Ariake (best known for concerts, sports - Olympics) it as near a plethora of food options - within walking distance. The staff was so pleasant and attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Totally kid friendly!
