Comfortable and clean business hotel ideally located next door to Haneda Airport. Free shuttle bus every 30mins operated by the hotel gets you to Terminal 3 departures in 10 minutes. Buffet breakfast is excellent with attentive staff, and served from 5am - very handy if you have a long haul flight departing early.

The room was very clean and efficient; however, as for any hotels out there, the shower curtain in my hotel room could be in better shape. I liked the color scheme for the bathroom. I’d love a bottled water in rooms, otherwise the hotel’s location was perfect and with helpful staff and shuttle service to the airport, I would definitely stay here again!

We chose this hotel for easy access to Haneda airport the night before our flight as well as the free airport shuttle. The price was right and the hotel was perfect for all of our needs. There is a Family Mart right across the street for a snack run. The shuttle was prompt. I will say space is limited in the shuttle so you will want to get downstairs early as it is first come, first served. The breakfast buffet was sufficient but I wouldn’t choose it as an option if I stay again. I’ll take an egg salad sandwich from Family Mart any day. :) Trust me, you won’t be sorry to choose this hotel for an easy night before your flight.

Decent sized rooms, with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Tokyo, and a TV that has The Netflix app. Convenient location near the airport for those quick 1 night layovers. Kobini and good local restaurants all within walking distance. Helpful staff and easy check in process. Free shuttle to HND from 0400-1110. Would definitely recommend to stay again.
