Greg and Michael were lovely hosts. We arrived a little earlier than the check in time and Greg made sure we were checked in and settled, that's really great service. This was our 10th trip to the Four Seasons on the big island.A fantastic resort that just keeps getting better.

We had to turn off the main road and up a winding narrow track to access our Big Island Retreat. Apprehension turned to pleasant surprise for the four of us when we arrived to our destination. We were greeted by our lovely host, Gigi who helped us with all aspects of our stay and even accompanied us to do some snorkelling at the adjacent beach. A great base to explore the Big Island - plenty of room for us 3 - 2 bedroom - THE most comfortable bed I have ever experienced! Very helpful, friendly staff - esp. Sarah - thank you 😄 Parking a breeze and in room wifi - choice location ! P.s. No functioning pool/spa at the time :( oh well

Nice stay, but incredibly expensive. I would love to stay in the area for several days, but not at those prices - much better to stay in Volcano or Punaluu and drive back and forth. I found the desk clerk to be a bit blunt - she wasn’t rude at all, just not very cheery or welcoming. I also wasn’t impressed by the $15 fee to use their air-conditioning units - absolutely ridiculous to charge an extra fee considering the high accommodation charge for the apartment.

Room was excellent as were the amenities. Access was easy and the cabin (Bamboo Cabin) was very quiet and extremely private. Bath Hpuse was very good as was the shared kitchen - clean, well equiped and round an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for those wanting something off the beaten track.

Perfect place for a romantic getaway, such a relaxing vibe with a private beach which has amazing snorkelling and turtles.

Great facilities and apartments, just wish I had realised how big the resort is as we were staying with friends and they were a car drive away. Also parking is super expensive.
