"Adequate for one night but good breakfast!"

"Parking is robbery $70 a day. Sewage and water pipes from room above run through your room so can hear gushing water every time they have shower or flush toilet. In saying that rooms are well equipped and spotless. staff are nice enough . I did forget my key card one evening after returning from night shift the on site staff seemed really annoyed that he had to wake up to assist "

"Very disappointing stay !!! over the past few months we have spent at least 17 nights at this hotel. We book & specify a disabled room 606 as I am in Sydney for medical reasons.Fridge defrost leak on carpet floor then unfortunately our last two nights 4&5th March at around 3.00am the here was "hum/noise/vibration which you could hear & feel the vibration in the b'room/bath room walls we turned the A/C off & on opened the window but could get any relief. No sleep after 3am.. We reported the problem to reception but they did not address the situation ??... we would like to think we might get at least a refund of one nights accom. Please advise Thank You Carl Heslop "

"The Rydges Sydney Airport is located perfectly at the international terminal. Thecomfortable beds and quiet rooms are the only good thing now. The self checkin process is appalling, obviously another way to decrease staff and make more money without a drop in price for the room. I still like this hotel, but Im noticing the decline in service, the expensive drinks and food in the bar and restaurant."

"Room was amazing, only issues is sometimes we didn’t get things like soap or detergent replenished properly and our last night the bed looked and felt like it was just pulled up rather than made properly where as the other nights they were fully made. it’s located in the perfect place, so convenient with shops, food restaurants/fast food and the train bus stations. Staff at front desk were very helpful friendly and caring. Pool, spa and sauna were a great plus to have available and decently clean "
