I’ve stayed at this hotel before, so pretty much knew what I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, although the room and staff service was exceptional with the current COVID-19 restrictions this impacted my over all experience. The bar and restaurant was closed, there was no possibility of room service and therefore we had to dine out. The planned weekend was to treat ourselves, but instead found the stay to be more like a self service apartment. If this was mentioned on the website prior then at least we would’ve planned around it better. Furthermore, the in room air conditioning was hit and miss. The temp in the lounge area differed greatly from the bedroom. We found we were having to wrap ourselves up in the lounge, while in the bedroom it was the opposite (room 1504)

The hotel location was very good. Clean, nice rooms with very helpful staff. Provided free drink tickets. Gym was good. Very comfortable beds - best during our trip. Only thing missing was a pool.

    This Hotel is in a Central area that has shopping Center and lots of Foods places to eat. great if you don't have a car.
