Cozy Beachside SoCal Condo -150 steps from the shore line!

Relaxation awaits you at this unique and tranquil 2 bedroom beachside getaway just steps from the beach, bike paths, & view points.

Beautiful wildlife views. ROKU TVs in each room. Spacious living room with a leather sofa, big screen TV with peek a view of the ocean right outside the door.
Cute full kitchen with loaded coffee station.
Walking distance from restaurants, bars and breweries, the IB pier. Keyless entry, and host near by to help make your stay perfect.

The entire condo is around 650 square feet, small but it’s the perfect size for a stay. Rooms have large closets and huge windows with views of Mexico and the estuary. Bathroom has a dual hand held shower head and extra storage above toilet. Living room has a swivel big screen TV that can be tucked away on the wall or pulled out for movies on ROKU. The couch is large enough to for extra guest to crash. The property is quiet and convenient to local attractions.

The area is booming! Our neighbor hood is amazing, family friendly, and romantic as well. We have an Ice Cream shop on the beach, Friday Farmers Market and a Sea Shell shop that's awesome! Beautiful sunsets every night and just minuets from Coronado Island, downtown and the new Sesame Street Water Park in Chula Vista.
