"I had to literally kick my door open to get into my room. I went to the office & they switched my room. There was pubic hair in the shower, on the floor and in the bed. No comforter was available so thank god I brought a blanket. Super squeaky bed, facet water smelled like sewer, the wifi was so bad that the tv was pretty much static. People had brought their dirty couches and placed them outside and there were tons of shady people wandering in the parking lot. Unfortunately my property managers were not aware of any of the reviews because an Expedia “expert” recommended this place when they booked it for me because my water heater was getting fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you had to be placed somewhere for the night due to a natural disaster. The only positive was the staff. They were quite pleasant and accommodating."
