Charming Guesthouse Studio To Elegant 1920s Spanish Home
- This guesthouse studio has charming 1920s Spanish architecture and a lovely tropical private courtyard. The guesthouse includes hardwood floors, a kitchenette with marble countertop, plenty of street parking in front of the house, HD flat screen TV, queen bed, marble bathroom flooring. The courtyard has two lounge chairs plus a table where four can dine. Bikes give you quick access to the beach and bay, both about six blocks away. There is also a shared BBQ in the main yard.
