"This hotel has a great location across from the Chicago Chinatown square area. The hotel was clean and staff were professional. The room was clean and quiet. I didn’t notice many amenities but there was an ice machine by the elevators along with a snack and drink vending machine. Room had a coffee machine. The main lobby has an area with tables to sit and eat. There’s a microwave there, otherwise it was a bit plain and outdated. The rest of the hotel was decorated nicely and has an Asian vibe. It is quite the gem for this area. The main drawback for this hotel is that there is no parking. You can park at the public Chinatown lot and walk over about 5-8mins down the street. It is close and a direct walk, but may be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage and things to carry. You do have to pay to park there. The lot seems a bit sketchy as it is not managed by a person but rather you park, scan a QR code and pay online. There are some security cameras and we didn’t have any issues. Best to arrive and park during the daytime if you can. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, price and cleanliness."

"I would definitely stay here again! Six of us stayed here for a football weekend and everything went very well. There might have been room for one or two others, especially kids. We were able to walk from Soldier Field back to this place to give you an idea of distance Etc. Parking was a little bit tight but not bad. The place itself isn't huge but it certainly works for a weekend away. I chose to do a security deposit instead of buying insurance. My security deposit (1.5x actual 2 day rent amount) took 2 weeks to be returned - which seems like an awfully long time to me. This is a VRBO problem and NOT host problem. But it was one interesting surprise that I think could be improved."

"My family of 3 adults stayed at Home2 for 3 nights during the Chicago Marathon. The hotel is conveniently located - 5 min walk from CTA green line and the Expo where runners got the marathon t- shirt, bib, etc. There are several restaurants, fast food chain, and mini markets. Our room is spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast has a lot of options. The hotel provided snacks and drinks for runners on the race day, markers and signs for us to cheer on our runners."
