Room is good, bed comfortable, breakfast not included, the room was noisy because the train line from one side and the metro line from the other made the stay uncomfortable, i was surprised i did not see this type of comment before for this hotel. The glasses could be soundproof or at least could minimize the noise from outside.

This hotel hit every check mark with me. The staff was great. Easy chedk-in. The room was very clean. (I check be behind beds, lift mattresses, wipe down counters to ensure the cleanliness)…The hotel was quiet. The area the hotel is located is convenient to everything; dining, city attractions, shopping. The option to use public transportation to get to a majority of the city’s attractions. When I revisit Chicago in the future I will definitely return to the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown South Loop location.
