I was a bit disappointed with the Holloway however - was asked to order a drink before then being told that food was close to an hour wait - not sure it would be so slow and take so long on a Thursday night. Little things could go along way as well - put your coffee cups on the right side of the coffee machine so that one person can be pouring their cup while another is adding their creamer etc. and offering more than caffeinated tea in the lobby. Otherwise a pretty good place with good views, decent gym and laundry right in the hotel. Would stay again.
