Best Hotel in Chicago. We book every two years and look forward to staying there. Great staff, incredible location, and just the perfect place for our team to stay for IMTS. Also love the Starbooks near the lobby, the convenient and safe parking, and the hundreds of great restaurants in the neighborhood.

The room is in Chinatown on a busy but quiet thoroughfare. The El station (Red Line) is only a couple of blocks away. The shower had great water pressure; the room was quite clean and spacious

Rooms are pretty small but very clean. They’re in the middle of China town so you can step out of the hotel and immediately find great places to eat. They’re also right between a bus stop and train station so it’s super convenient to get downtown. Second time staying here and would stay again!

The room was very spacious and clean. Definitely better than I expected for a 3-star hotel. Also the soaps in the bathroom were very nice quality. Convenient location to access the trains and the Uber/Lyft drop-off/pickup spot was very convenient in front of the main entrance to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I honestly loved staying here, if you are trying to stay in chicago on a budget, here is your place. Best place you are going to stay for the price. It is close to the city and lot of options to choose to eat. It has everything you need. Id recommend this place to anyone visiting chicago.

Room was clean and we really liked the location of the hotel, you are right near China town and also the CTA station is a short walk. Lots of food and shopping stores nearby. The hotel itself was budget friendly and the room was perfect for me and my friend! Ac in room was great! Check in staff was nice, we didn’t have a car so we didn’t really park we took the subway most of the time! Overall great price and great hotel for travelers on a budget but also want a clean nice comfy place to stay in the city!

When we first arrived, check in was quick. We didn’t have a hair dryer in the room. Would have been nice if they had green tea, hot water and coffee in the lobby. Would have been nice to also have a microwave in the room as well. Overall a very nice experience. Great location. Would stay again.
