Wish It Ended How It Started
I Felt As If I Was Being Harassed By Certain Security & Talked To Like I Wasn’t A Human By A Couple Staff Members My Company Was Getting Turned Around At The Door & I Could Have 5 People In My Room & To Top It All Off Ut Was On My Birthday November 1St 2020 The Over Night Staff On The 40Th Floor Was Rude To Me He Was Talking To Me Any Kinda Way I Let The
Management Know I Felt Like I Was Being Bulled I’m In A Wheelchair 140 Pounds I’m Not A Treat To Anybody & They Were Very Understanding & Respectful But I Spend A lot Of Money At The Buckingham & I Cant Get My Birthday Back I Feel Like They Should Make It Up To Me Some Way Asap I Paid 850 For That Room &’I Stayed In The Biggest Suite In The Hotel That’s Not How You Treat A Loyal Guest & I’m Still Feeling Sad About It I Busted My Ass To Come Up W. That Money For My Birthday For My Room & I Coulda Spent My Money At The Thrump Down The Street I Can Smoke In There I Followed The Rules Didnt Smoke Or Disrespect Anybody Purposely & I Deserve Better The Kind Lady Who Worked On The 31St That Checked Me In Should Get More Hours In The Lobby She’s Very Kind & A Big Help & The Man That Worked In The Lobby At 2:30Am On Sunday Was A Real Gentleman They Need A Raise For Everything They Did For Me I Was Driven Them Crazy Kept Calling Them They Never Came Off Like I Was Irritating Them It Was Always Love I’ll Come Back Just To See Them They Made The Good Outweigh The Bad I Wanna Thank Them For That
