"Staff was very friendly and pa large deal with arcade was super helpful! Kids loved the climbing, mini bowling, 4D movies and games. I only gave it a 4 star instead of 5 because the room wasn’t very clean and the prices for food in the restaurants that were open (only a couple) were expensive. I did appreciate going mid week though because it wasn’t crowded. Great get away with two kids ages 9 and 11."

"This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Not just writing this as a fake review. Cairo the front desk worker went out of his way to help me! I’m from California and he really did his best to make sure I had a great experience. Thank you Cairo you made this trip the best I’ve ever had, and I’m 42 years old who’s traveled the world. "Staff was friendly, downside was I booked one king bed but when I got there, there were none available. Gym was clean and machines well maintained. Bit dated but fine for a quick short stay."

"The room was very clean but stark; no comfortable chair, no artwork, one desk and one luggage rack. Small TV. Mini fridge with microwave oven on top but no countertop for food prep. Breakfast included yogurts, small plain bagels, bread, mini muffins, cereal and apples. We would have liked bananas, oranges and some danish. Coffee was good."

"I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are large with amazing decor. The bathroom is spacious. Controlling the temperature of the room is easy. The staff is super friendly. It's easy to get anywhere from this location. Downtown Nyack has tons of restaurant options and the hotel restaurant is also great. I love the late checkout at noon so I'm never rushed to get out. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great place! Clean comfortable and spacious rooms. 25 minute walk to Greystone train to get into New York. Basic but very good complementary breakfast. Always coffee available."
