"Rooms were clean, food and shops nearby are convenient, staff were helpful. However, at your website, you stated the property will be staff only from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm which makes confusion as I arrived early and were trying to leave my luggage there while I just go for my meeting but were not able to. Would suggest making it clear on your site on your staffing timing. Also, when I sent 2 emails on 2 separate time enquiring about the above issue before my flight, I did not get a response from your email which is disappointing. If I am given the reply to my enquiry, I would not have to go around with my luggage to do my work. Overall, I am satisfied but things can be better. Thanks."

"I had a very good stay at ibis Hong Kong Central The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to Sheung Wan, Central, the ferry terminal, and public transportation, which made getting around Hong Kong very convenient. "My wife and I have stayed in this hotel for 6 times in the last two years whenever we come to Hong Kong. The hotel is located at a quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to the bus and tram stops, staffs are excellent, very helpful. The front desk representatives are very polite and cheerful. The managers Mr. Cheng and Billy are wonderful executives.
