This was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. We had an excellent view of the harbor from our room, and the room itself was quite comfortable with a nice sofa space to enjoy the scenery and very comfortable bed. The staff were nice and helpful, especially housekeeping who made sure we had everything we needed. This was the best by far the best Hyatt experience we've ever had.

Room is decent, love the gym and the pool, and housekeeping was good in keeping the room clean. Location is good if you are looking for somewhere quiet (especially in the night), and if you are looking to spent part of the night out, the MTR is just a short distance away, hence very convenient.
