"Very courteous and attentive staff. From the moment you walk into the hotel to when you leave, it's the place you want to stay in Hong Kong. Upgrade to the Horizon Club. Great service, wonderful views, a delicious buffet and most importantly very good coffee and delicacies. Easy to get around town, close to the ferry, ready access to taxis. Can't recommend this place enough."

We were a 15 min walk to TST one way, 15 min walk to Mong Kok the other way, right next to the Temple night market, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants around."

"Great location and excellent staff. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The team was especially helpful and friendly, which made a positive impression. There were additional machines operating in the room and a noticeable odor in parts of the hotel, suggesting some maintenance or environmental management efforts may have been underway during my visit. Overall, a good stay thanks to the convenient location and outstanding service."

"Best location to visit HK site seeing, shopping and fine Asian dining. Nice clean and beautiful spacious room; second time stay upgrade to a premium beautiful room, nice window views, also send us welcome Red wine bottle with Grapes and chocolate. Indeed very happy to stay with friendly staff to carry the luggage etc, and quick response to calls additional requests. Swimming pool is nice design but water is a bit chill to swim. Overall good fitness centre and swimming experience (not crowded at all). I ate breakfast every day. The food is plenty and variety. Food is fresh and delicious. Like the salad bars, and many delicious desserts. I like the Chinese noodles soup. Overall it is an excellent hotel experience. I will stay again if visiting HK again in the future. I appreciate all the friendly staff and assistant Managers to plan a second welcoming treat. I stayed in other nearby 5 Star Hotels before, I like the Longham the best!"
