"Really like the club lounge and staff at the club lounge were very friendly and helpful. Worth paying more for a harbour view room. Reception staff were a bit off and on, sometimes friendly, sometimes indifferent. We were not assisted with our luggage when we were leaving, which was not good since we had a lot of suitcases and my husband had to carry them up the stairs. Room was comfortable, and great location in TST, right by the Star Ferry,"

At check in ,the staff accompanied us up to our room and personally showed us the room's facilities and made sure that we are satisfied with our room.They offered me a good deal to their Deluxe Harbor view room which is like the size of a luxury apartment in prime location of Hong Kong Extremely nice indoor pool and hot tub.Tried Gaddi's and Spring Moon restaurants and the food and service was fabulous. 6 stars hotel all around"

"The one bed room with King size bed is comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet has variety of selections. The surrounding area have many eateries and closed to shopping. The Staffs friendly and attentive. When booking the hotel it is better to use Expedia; The price advantage is tremendous."

"The rooms are on the older side. Bathroom has no ventilation, and the AC is loud in the room. However the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel has full access to the member gym and pool"
