"施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。"

"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! "I liked the clearness and the open feel of the living space thanks to the high ceiling and the super bright lighting. The two complains are the flimsy chair that seems to be designed for tiny people. The other one is the lack of bath mat. "The hotel was perfect for a family of five with younger kids, 5, 9, and 10. The staff was incredible. We had a medical emergency while staying there and the staff was amazing. Honestly, when faced with having to take an ambulance with your very sick child, to a hospital in a foreign country where you don’t speak the language having this staff on hand was so helpful and made a very stressful situation as easy as possible for me. Really, a great place to stay and wonderful staff. "

"Room was large and spacious with 4 beds (we were travelling with 2 kids and stayed for 5 nights). Except for the toilet which smells a bit, other areas of the room were kept clean. We are very happy with the hotel room view which is excellent, as well as the washer/dryers available. We wanted to sign up for membership at the counter but staff asked us to visit website, maybe she has difficulty communicating in English. We are also grateful to the 2 female staff who helped to carry our many luggages to our room. Location is convenient, close to eateries, metro subway station and Tokyo Dome City."
