"Location was great, just next to shiodome station and short walk to shimbashi. Glad that the hotel accommodated my request for high floor with a view. Staff friendly."

Food at all the hotel restaurants and as not good, this ruined Japan for us we come every year this was the worst stay need to pay a fee for the use of the pool and gym what a joke! And no one under 18 in the pool, hotel is more accommodating for solo travellers "

"Breakfast very good. a/c always cold no matter what temp you set. Spa excellent. Room TINY and like living on a small sailboat, but every square inch utilized. I forgot an electric toothbrush, etc and I returned 8 hours later and they had it. I'll return there if the price is good when I visit Shinjuku again."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the Shinjuku train station. A short five to six minutes walk. The staff was very polite and helpful during the check in process. There is a baggage forwarding service available until noon. That is very helpful for those who don’t want to carry their luggage while moving from one city to another. For a small fee the service will send the baggage to the next hotel the next day."
