Very clean rooms and great amenities. We stayed in a family room with our infant son and it was perfect. Short walk from Ueno station and close to Asakusa and Ueno park. Delicious breakfast restaurant right next store.

The hotel is conveniently located to Ueno station, restaurants, and shopping. We had a triple room and there was sufficient room for all three of us. The rooms are well kept and clean. The staff is exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and big enough for 2 adults 2 kids. Futon beds were self set up in the seating area, we didn’t pack up futon each day.
Great location next to train - quiet room - and near Tokyo Tower but not near shopping district which was 2 stops away.

"Nice hotel in a decent location. About 12-15 minute walk to Shinjuku station which can catch up to you but otherwise thought it served its purpose as a place to lay down after 30k+ step days in Tokyo"
