"Staff were very courteous and hotel was very clean. The hotel is very quiet, but surrounding area is a bit noisey and I would recommend ear plugs at night. I would definitely stay here again."

"The owners are very attentive, and present the Ryokan as your being a guest in their home. The traditional tatami is clean and comfortable. Lots of art and Japanese mementos all over, make you feel that you are in aJapanese home. Hot baths too!"

"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "The room was clean and services was great! Location was great and close to transportation and close to restaurants. The Airport bus was available at the hotel to/from the Narita or Haneda airport."
"Staff were very helpful when we asked for luggage transfer. They helped us find a service even when theyre own service closed. They even walked our luggage there. Amazing service."
"This is a wonderful hotel conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station, the largest train station in the world allowing easy access to locations throughout Tokyo. Getting back to Haneda Airport at the end of our stay was also inexpensive and easy from this location via the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal. You can easily walk throughout Shinjuku from this location.
The hotel is clean. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. The front desk staff was polite, helpful, and spoke English. The tubs in the rooms are quite large and great for bathing. The television situation was the best we found during our stay in Japan. The television menu could be accessed in English. I was able to log into my personal You-Tube and Netflix. Once logged in, it stayed logged in during my visit.
There is a Lawson located next to the hotel, which is a Japanese convenience store. There is also a variety of local restaurants near the hotel as well as a hotel restaurant.
The JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku was my favorite place I stayed at during my two week visit to Japan that included stays at six other hotels. "
"The food options were quite interesting, the various cultural influences it had on the restaurants and bakery were a nice treat. The breakfast AMAZING and the bakery top notch. The environment of the hotel was really nice though the rooms were very small and tight for 2 people. "
